Return Policy

Dancing Queen Boutique does NOT accept refunds. Purchases made within fifteen (15) days are eligible for store credit or exchange. All merchandise must be in its original packaging with the merchandise tagattached and the original receipt. Damanged items cannot be redeemed for store credit or exchange at any point in time. Returns without the original receipt cannot be processed. All wigs, hair or jewellery accessories, socks and tights are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Policy

Orders purchased online will be shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving complete payment. Orders will be shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise stated. Please note that Dancing Queen Boutique is NOT responsible for additional fees buyers may face at delivery (i.e. duty tax). When buyer has received order, he/she may exchange their item or return for store credit. Additionally, shipping charges are non-refundable and are the buyer's responsibility.

+ Contact client regarding his/her order issue(s).

Dancing Queen Boutique does NOT store client information. Once the order has been completed and you are satisfied with your order, your information will be deleted from our server.

Dancing Queen Boutique is not responsible for any harm or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the item(s) purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
